Los Angeles Full-Day City Tour

A Day in LA Tours provides unique Los Angeles tours where you’ll see the area’s most iconic sights and landmarks. Our LA City Tours start at $99 per adult and $89 for children 12 or younger. 

Some of our LA City Tour highlights include:

  • See muscle beach, skate parks, surfing, and beautiful scenery during our Venice Beach tour stop (30 to 40 min)
  • See the world-famous pier at the Santa Monica tour stop. (25 to 35 min)
  • Take in the lifestyles of the rich and famous while you visit Rodeo Drive and shops during our Beverly Hills tour stop. You’ll also see the Wilshire Corridor and have a photo opportunity in front of the Beverly Hills sign. (35 to 35 min)
  • Revisit the history of LA firsthand as you cruise down Sunset Strip and visit historic clubs such as Whiskey, Viper Room, and the Roxy. (drive by)
  • You’ll also take in a delicious lunch at the Farmers Market at the Grove. (60 minutes – guest pays for their own desired lunch)
  • Feel like a star while you stroll down the Hollywood Walk of Fame and visit the Kodak Theatre, the home of The Oscars! You’ll also see the famous Hollywood sign from the Griffith Park Observatory* (observatory interior is open fri-sun, views are accessible all week). *Vaccination card may be required to enter the interior of the observatory but not to enjoy the park and views of the Hollywood sign. LA City Tour FAQs

Check-in is at 1537 2nd St., Santa Monica, CA 90401 by 9:30 AM. Parking at the Santa Monica location is at 1555 2nd. St, 90401 for about $20 per day. You can also meet at the Hollywood and Highland metro station (6815 Hollywood Blvd.) at 8 AM (Note: Hollywood check-in is part of other hotel pickups). The tour takes around 7.5 hours.

Our full-day LA City Tours and LA City Tours from Anaheim include a live guide while on the vehicle and 6 self-guided stops. Destination stops include Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Beverly Hills/Rodeo Dr., Griffith Park Observatory/Hollywood Sign, and Hollywood Blvd./Walk of Fame. Our lunch stop is at The Original Farmers Market at The Grove. Each stop allows you to explore the area on your own and at your own pace. Destination stops are 30-40 minutes. Lunch is usually around an hour or just over (added time for busier days).
Our stops are self-guided with an informative map that we provide all guests. Your guide will provide ample information and is happy to answer any questions you have before exiting the vehicle at our destination stops. Between stops, your knowledgeable guide will give you fun facts and information about all areas we visit throughout the day.
Check the weather before coming for what to wear (generally jeans/shorts a t-shirt and a sweatshirt for the morning are all you need – maybe a hat, too). Bring some sunglasses, something to drink (though bottled water is available on the bus), a camera, and your wallet, and you’re all set. On sunny days (which is 85% of the year), you may want to bring some sunscreen and chapstick.
